The Anglesey Circuit has been proposed for a track day in the 2017 schedule , date TBD.
It occurred to me that the circuit is only 20 minutes down the road from Holyhead, which has a regular ferry service from Dublin - you see where I'm going with this....
It's been ages since I did my last track day with one thing and another however I just thought of an issue I had that I didn't resolve.
When cornering rely hard with the outside suspension loaded up it would sort of pogo as if you were driving on a wave shaped road.
So, I'm looking into the possibilities of hosting a Welsh Japday down here at Pembrey Circuit. All jap cars would be welcome and anything fitted with a jap engine (modified classics/2jz swapped micras), ok maybe not the micras but you get the idea :P
Myself, and two other RX8's at least are attending the Rockingham Day on Saturday the 13th of May. They are running the International Super Sports Car Circuit which includes the banked corner 1.

My wife and I are doing a little trip to Wales/Snowdonia just before Easter and I have convinced her that we need to do Anglesey on 19th March because it's on my bucket list and I don't really know when I will ever be back in Wales for this track day given the distance from London.
